The program is very simple. and straight forward. We offer a 100% 50/50 co brokering opportunity for experienced brokers.

We provide the funding and you provide the clients and we split the FEES 50/50.

We provide UNLIMITED Commercial Funding fast, through our pre underwriting services that adhere to the  Commercial Mortgage Securities Association Lending guidelines! We also provide Private debt Placement, Soft Commercial Hard Money, Syndicated Equity Funds, Large Cash Flow Purchases and International Debt Funding sources!

CONDITIONS:

1. You must have direct contact and communication with  your borrowers. We do not work in Broker chains with multiple brokers under any circumstances.
No exceptions.

2. You should have or your client should be willing to execute a 2 point Fee agreement. Otherwise we can only pay you a referral fee of 10% of 1%

3.If you do not have a client, we can assist you by sharing with you some of our lender guidelines and financing programs. You can use these guidelines to begin marketing for specific clients in niche markets. We can also assist you with setting up your own money brokering business.
